Camille, founder of The Wine Zen, offers private yoga sessions rooted in over 15 years of personal practice, a 200-hour yoga certification, and four years of teaching experience. From beginners to those navigating mobility challenges or rebuilding strength, Camille has guided hundreds of students on their journey to self-discovery through movement—helping them feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in their bodies.
