I’m so excited to be heading to Baltimore this weekend for the Healing in Tandem Expo!
If you’re joining me, come ready to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body in a way that actually feels good. We’ll be flowing through a series of standing yoga poses designed to gently support and relieve back pain. Nothing overly complicated, just intentional movement that meets you where you are.
